FDDM

FDDM is a Foundation committed to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in mountain regions. The Foundation coordinates the translation of the Agenda 2030 at the local level in Valais Canton and the development of its Climate plan. FDDM contributes to the national and international dialogue around climate change, biodiversity conservation and disaster risk reduction. The Foundation also works on projects in Switzerland, and in other countries worldwide. It provides guidance for local governments, schools, the private sector and civil society to ensure that sustainability is part of the socio-economic fabric, and central to all decision-making processes.
